Also, unfortunately after the world face heat by pandemic due to Covid, everyone has been locked in their houses. Thus, using electronic devices a lot and using OTT Platforms .But, another Platform that has emerged as a vast field , everyone is moving to PODCAST, where you can share your story or anything you want to share with others . Everyone is creating, listening ,sharing and also improving their performances.

As time has changed, so the process of recruitment has been changed so far ,may be there will be some different stategies the HR department would follow now. So, to keep the job seekers up to date with the coming time , HR should have to go for podcast event .
